How To Fill Out Your FunPass on Carnival's Web Site (3237 hits)
So you are nearly set. You finally got your booking ID number, but before you start packing your bags, it would be wise to go to Carnival's web site and fill out the necessary information for you FunPass.
Filling out your FunPass information will speed up your check-in process by registering you for the cruise in advance. This includes satisfying the Dept of Homeland Security requirements.
1.) Go to http://www.carnival.com 2.) Roll over (do not click) the link "My Cruise" from the menu 3.) Move down to the "Fun Pass" menu item and click it 4.) Enter your booking number, last name, and date of birth. The ship is the Carnival Liberty and the sail date is 11/14/2009 5.) Click "Continue To FunPass" button 6.) Enter all your information, esp the required information (marked by an asteriks) 7.) When you finish the first page, click the Continue button at the bottom 8.) The second page reqiures you enter information concerning your passport information. Fill it out and press continue. 9.) The third page asks about your travel arrangements. Answer and press continue. 10.) The fourth page allows you to set up your onboard expense accounts. set it up and press Continue. Carnival operates on a cashless system, so an Onboard Expense Account will need to be set up by everyone who cruises, regardless if you don't own a credit card or even if you do not plan to spend any extra money while onboard. Everyone needs to set one up or you will incur a longer wait when checking in for your cruise. Minimum deposit for our cruise in $200 for cash carrying cruisers. 11.) The last page shows a summary of your information. You can edit any section as you see fit.
Once you have completed all the necessary steps, all you need to do is print out your FunPass and then when you arrive at the terminal, just go through a document verification check and you are all set. Easy!
