Become a sponsor of our HBCU Alumni Cruise

HBCU Connect and the HBCU Foundation invite you join us in our cause to raise money for students at our nation's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). In order to make this a smashing success, we need your assistance to guarantee that everyone who sails the high seas with us will always remember and want to come back again. Currently, we are looking for sponsors to assist us for our Oct/Nov Cruise. What type of benefits do you get with your sponsorship?

• Product and Information placement in gift bags
• Sponsor logo on welcome packets, the cruise web site, any information distribution material, and other cruise-related materials and announcments
• Listing in our weekly newsletter
• targeted e-mail blasts to out member base
• ability to be main sponsor over certain activities, incl. themed party, beach party, seminars, excursions.
• On-site branding at activities
• Inclusion in national press releases concerning our cruise event
• VIP cruise accommodations (also incl air and hotel) for 2 or more representatives on our cruise
• Opportunity to host a company seminar and/or recruitment opportunity during the cruise
• Get a full or half page ad in our HBCUConnect Alumni and/or On-Campus magazines
• Mention in national and/or local radio advertisements about the cruise
• Branded sponsorship of video footage taken during the cruise event and all video advertisements

We will be marketing the cruise not only to our 1.5+ Million members on our network of sites, but also on a national (syndicated radio spots, national press releases, out-reach to HBCU alumni around the nation via the school's alumni associations, magazines, if possible) and local level (advertise at the HBCUs via flyers, promotional events, advertise on local radio stations). Our target audience is young alumni, between the ages of 23-38, but we have run the gambit on the ages ranging from families with children to retired alumni looking to enjoy a week in the sun. Plus, there is always the opportunity to think outside of the box on ideas to get your company or product in the limelight - sponsored artist performances, round table discussions, gaming tournaments on-board, health/wellness brunch ... even the possibility to potentially (for instance if you are an automotive industry company) to have a show car on the ship itself. We currently have 4 levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze, PLUS we always welcome product samples for our guests. Our cruise is to help raise money for students to attend college by way of scholarships. Your sponsorship or donation (through our HBCU Foundation) is greatly appreciated.
