Work you'll do/Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to elicit, clarify, and translate business needs into requirements and user stories
Lead and support agile scrum ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure effective delivery
Manage sprint forecasting, capacity planning, and dependency tracking across multi-shore Deloitte and client teams
Identify, assess, and proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate mitigation plans and impacts to stakeholders
Manage project financials, ensuring accurate tracking of budgets, forecasts, and actual spending.
Own delivery status management and project documentation, providing accurate, timely reporting on progress, milestones, risks, and outcomes
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication and effective day-to-day stakeholder management
Engage and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and alignment to achieve program objectives
Expertise with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Clarity, and MS Office
Significant experience with SAFe / scaled agile environments
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Qualifications
Required
5+ Years of experience in Project Management, or similar role supporting Agile Delivery teams
5+ Years of experience in a Team Lead role, and Stakeholder and Scrum Management
5+ Years of experience in Agile, Status and Financial Reporting,
5+ Years of experience in Risk Tracking and Reporting
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
